Do I own the products I buy?
Yes. Buy once and it is yours — a personal, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. Your access does not expire, and you can re-download from your library whenever you need it.
How do I get my files after paying?
Delivery is electronic. Right after a successful payment we email a secure, time-limited download link to the address you used at checkout. You can also create an account with that same email to re-download your past purchases at any time.
Are updates and revisions free?
Yes. Revisions are free — when a product is updated, the new version is yours at no extra cost through your library.
How does pricing work?
Products are pay-what-you-want with a minimum price. You choose your price at or above the listed floor. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Can I use the products commercially?
Yes, for your own personal or internal business work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files, or present them as your own product.
Do you offer refunds?
Because products are delivered digitally and immediately, sales are generally final. That said, if something is wrong — a broken file, a mistaken purchase, or a product that is not what was described — email us and we will make it right, which may include a refund.
What formats are the products in?
It varies by product. Each product page lists its exact format and everything that is included, so you know what you are getting before you buy.
Who is behind Merchant of One?
Merchant of One is a single-seller store operated by Code Shock, LLC — not a marketplace. Every product is built and used on real work by one person before it is ever sold.
