These Terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold at merchantofone.com (the “Store”), operated by Code Shock, LLC (“we,” “us”). By buying or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Merchant of One is a single-seller store. We sell our own digital goods — guides, templates, and small tools. It is not a marketplace, and there is no facility for others to sell here.

2. Digital products and your license

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files, or present them as your own product.

3. Pricing and payment

Products are offered on a pay-what-you-want basis with a minimum price. You choose your price at or above that minimum. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency listed on the product page.

4. Delivery

Delivery is electronic. After a successful payment we email a secure, time-limited download link to the address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address. If a link expires, you can create an account with your purchase email to re-download at any time, or contact us for help.

5. Refunds

Because products are delivered digitally and immediately, sales are generally final. That said, if something is wrong — a broken file, a mistaken purchase, or a product that isn’t what was described — email us and we’ll make it right, which may include a refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store — including attempting to access files you haven’t purchased, circumventing download limits, or interfering with the security of the site.

7. Intellectual property

All products, and the content of this site, are owned by Code Shock, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your license under Section 2 does not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Store means you accept the changes.
